Hello. Sometime last year, I came across a post on Facebook by a friend, narrating how an App helped in recovering his money from a Lebanese company that charged him for repairing an item he bought from their shop, that was still under warranty. It sounded so strange to me, but I decided to download the App too, since I was having refund issues with Jumia. I followed the steps and submitted my complaints with a proof. An agent was assigned to my case. Both the reply from Jumia and the FCCPC agent were appearing on my app, which made it very easy to respond to both parties. Within weeks, the first part of the issue was refunded to me by Jumia in form of voucher. The second issue, they refused to refund. I continued writing on the second issue and months later, the second refund was made to me by Jumia. I wasn’t charged for the services. It was like magic. I’ll like to appreciate the efforts of FCCPC team in making sure my money was refunded by Jumia. I do not take this for granted. Thank you so much. Princess Ijeoma. 08066267182
