From the depth of my heart, I wish to appreciate the Consumer Protection Commission (CPC) for her prompt response as well as intervention in what will have led to legal action between myself and Konga. Yes, there are so many people who do not believe that there are still any government organ in Nigeria that are actually faithful. With this, there is still light in the country. CPC intervention led to refund of my money by Konga, after eight to nine months of demand for my money. This was resolved by CPC in less than three weeks. Thanks to CPC for their sincere intervention.
