I want to thank the FCCPC for assisting in getting my refund from Arik Air. I was concerned that it would take longer than it took the FCCPC to get the refund given the antics of Arik Air but the FCCPC was prompt in resolving the issues. One area the FCCPC do need to improve on is her feedback mechanism. The FCCPC do communicate or give feedback until you get in touch, I believe this can/should be worked on. Thanks once again. Well done!
