I have been getting calls from MTN since my complaint was acted upon. They admitted FCCPC contacted them for fast resolution. Although I am yet to be refunded, (due to obvious bereaucratic bottlenecks), alternative means of recouping my money was suggested, and we both agreed to the terms. I believe your input facilitated quick resolution, given how high handed organizations are in the country. Thank you for your help.
