I bought a phone with a 12 months warranty, after a few months of use phone malfunctioned and shutdown, refused to power back on. Jumia claimed the phone had no warranty. Within a few weeks of contacting FCCPC, i received my full refund from Jumia on the same phone that had no warranty. The phone came with a warranty card. Thanks FCCPC Consumer Complaints.
